To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delays are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, "drop-off"' appointments are available. A drop off means you can bring your pet as early as 7:30 am or at a time that works best for you and leave him or her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors have plenty of  time to examine your pet in between appointments. Once the doctor has completed a thorough exam, she will give you a call to go over the findings; to discuss further diagnostics; or to provide you with discharge instructions. Please provide contact information such as cell phone or work phone to expedite communication for all drop off appointments.  

For your protection and that of others, we require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
